I really want to add a scene to the movie Ihave in production which willreally make peoplejump like Ben Gardeners boat in Spielbergs JAWS.

Hmm, here's a SHOCKING one.......how about actually making a film that is personal and original. Too extreme?

That scene in Jaws was scary for three reasons as far as I can see.
Firstly whats-his-name Drefus was nervous going down there in the dark, the light from the boat was cutting through the water and lets face it underwater in the dark is pretty unnerving and clautrophobic. You could just tell something was going to happen, the only question was when.
Secondly Gardeners freakin eye was popping out his skull! And he appeared suddenly.
But most of all was the use of music and sound. That music that they used was terrifing and put with Drefus' shocked scream and bubbling from his diving mask scared the shit out of me.
You just have to use the right music at the right time with eerie lighting and build up the suspence.
I may have missed something as I havent seen that film in years. I did think that was the scariest part of the film though.

Who says his film isn't original? He/she just wants to make a scene pant dampingly shocking.
They never said they were remaking Jaws or even that scene.
